You may attempt to cancel an order by contacting us through our company e-mail. However, we cannot cancel orders that have been process with the manufacture or shipped via UPS. Note that we strive to deliver fast customer service, and one of our goals is to process orders with the manufacture's warehouse within a 24-hour period from confirmation of customer payment.
