FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What do I do if I find the straps on the shoes are too short or too long?

A: As hard as we try, sometimes customers do find this happens as all feet are not created equal. We suggest if the straps need to be a little longer; your local shoe shop who should be able to insert a small elastic piece in the strap to make up the difference. If it is too long, simply lay it down on a hard surface and punch, with an ice pick, an extra hole in the strap for adjustments. You can also use a small nail and hammer to create and extra hole. You can cut off any extra length that is not needed. You can also use a little super glue to seal the ends if you want as it will dry clean.
