![]() Return Policy Please be sure to read and understand the following. These guidelines were chosen to insure fairness to our customers and our company. We appreciate your business and your satisfactions in your purchases are very important to us. When you receive your order, please make sure that you open and thoroughly inspect it for any manufacturing's defects or shipping damage. Any merchandise damaged during shipping is covered by free insurance with UPS with whom you would file the claim. A UPS tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been processed and shipped. You may then track your package at www.UPS.com; or file a claim for shipping damages if necessary. If you are not delighted with your order, simply return them, unworn, in their original box, in original condition via UPS or insured parcel post, within 30 days at your return shipping cost. You must complete the 'Return or Exchange Form' and e-mail back to us for approval and instructions before shipping any product back. Any Products returned that show any signs of wear or abuse, or not returned in their original box/packaging, will not be accepted for return or credit. NOTE: All Returns are subject to a 15 % restocking fee. Send all return packages, in their original boxes/packaging, to our address listed on your invoice. Enclose the original invoice and return slip. We will credit your card or send a check for the full price of the items, less the 15% restocking fee. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping/handling fees. |
